Yep I unlocked it ages ago. As long as you don't absolutely need the troops then lvl 4 is totally worth it.

Could you please explain what needs to be done in the solver to include level 4 into the calculations? (not very familiar with it)

Sure. Use this new spreadsheet so you don't need to find the constant yourself.

Once you have solver opened, change the box I have circled below by typing $G$2:$J$2 (for you it should currently be $G$2:$I$2) or pressing the arrow and selecting all 4 highlighted lvls as shown.
