DSL Part Deux w51/52

After almost a year apart some of us crusty old veterans out there have decided that it is high time DSL joins another world seeing as most of us are no longer on the world that it all started.

For those of you unfamiliar with world 29 politics let me give you a bit of info. DSL went from being a highly touted premade that most said would fail like all the rest to being a dominant power in world 29 for a year and a half

Our only set in stone requirements are that you are able to take a joke and be a contributing member of the tribal community.
