There's no need for public declarations...

Since the demise of Pimps, of which Mind recruited K33 and most of K23, the leadership of Mind have been increasinly demanding about what they want out of For, namely K23 solely for theirs, and that Kennyboy68 (a former member of Pimps be booted). For will not stand for it anymore! If one ex-Pimps was to be kicked, they all should have been as they were all refugee's. Diplomacy is not a one way process Mind. Hopefully you'll learn that one day.. If you survive

Well the declaration only has two tribes in. The rest is just speculation. Something King Boom is good at.

The declaration is made by the tribe which is attacked. The attacking tribe hasnt made one. So who knows what others they have pulled in to gangbang. (Or the other way around)

But lets hope for some decent war for once and not just some mass recruiting spray.

I dont think the point was. Hey look at this guy he managed to take 12 villas in 1 day. It was more to do with the fact that Osi took 12 villas off of FOR, then hours later, they come online and write this declaration.
