tribe name change

I have recived an invite to join a new tribe. Which I want to accept. Do I just write back and say I accept the invite? Then I want to disband mine. How do I go about changing my old tribe name to the new one?
I can not find the correct location.I have found "leave tribe" But how do I then rename myself and my four villages to the new tribe name?
Getting frustrated , so any help for this bubble head woud be appreciated.

Click Leave Tribe
Upon doing that, click Tribe again
Than accept the invite.

If you are the only duke of your tribe you must either promote someone else to duke and then leave your tribe, or you must disband the tribe. After you have done that, you can accept the invitation of another tribe.

You can't rename yourself, as TW doesn't allow you to change your username.

You rename your villages by going to the HQ in each village. At the bottom it will tell you change village name. It has the old name there. You then change it to the name you desire and click the change button.
