Something like this;

(although i'd rather Matt Tuck wasn't in it, thanks :p, so it needs cropping...). If there's a pic somewhere with a rose actually wrapped around someone's hand somewhere, even better, but i havent been able to find one =.= it'd be my profile pic if I did.

-Would you like a phrase on there and if yes what: The Mascot

-Would you like your tribe on there and if yes would you like the logo: Would like PuFFiN on it but not too large

-What size you prefer for the sig: Medium to large, whatever works

The flames is a font called "Cheapflames", that's possibly why noone could replicate it.
