when you attack or defend against an opponent
a .gif link (or 6) gets placed in the report showing the battle

the gif could range from 5-30secs and could vary depending on:
1) what is sent in the attack
2) the outcome of the battle

eg. you send axes, LC, Rams, Cats, paladin and noble (conquering the village)
against spears, swords, archers (if active), HC and paladin

so you get a gif showing:
3secs of the army at the walls
7secs of rams battering the gate and cats launching rocks while archers fire arrows from the walls (if active)
5secs of LC and Axes battleing spears, swords and HC
5secs of paladin verses paladin
5secs of remaining LC and Axes battleing spears, swords and HC
5secs of noble planting flag in village

also by splitting the gif into 6 segments/phases of battle (or 6 links)
its possible to have a few different gifs resulting from the same battle

there could even be one of a few people throwing eggs at a castles walls
until humpty-dumpty falls and squishes them

I think it will be really nice, especially, if the number of gifs in the system are huge, and are set based closely with the army composition and battle result. E.g. for highly stacked villages, part of wall broken down, if one level wall damaged, etc. Similarly for fake attacks etc.

And if you have 5k fakes / trains and nukes incoming. How much will charge the database of the game with those .gif?

well considering most of the gifs would be below 500kb each (but we will work of 500kb to make things easier)
if TW/inno set aside just 200mb for the gifs
that's just over 400 gifs (which is 66 gifs per segment/phase if kept even in size)
which results in a lot of possible combinations

and since it would be in link form - making it optional to view
it shouldn't really impact the database that much

as an example reports would appear similar to (but not exactly like)
clicking on the link opens a pop up window that displays the gif (a watch all button could be added if need be)

I dont support them being in the link form.

That will just be useless!
It should be in place of the image on the report.
