Get Attack timing

Hello you ,

i try to dev AI program (deep learning) to find Best attack/defense solution.
i find here all information

But how i can find Attack timing ? in word112 is 50ms , in world113 is 150ms

what is rules ? how can i find Attack timing?

Yeah, I think you'd have to scrape the settings page (for example, here is the one for en114). It's weird that it isn't in the public-facing config though. That file even exposes the obscure setting for turning off millisecond arrival times entirely - but somehow the attack gap isn't mentioned.

Yes sure , but how i can get all servers all worlds ,This is not a good exercise for my condition ...

As Wolf said above unless I misunderstood what he was trying to say. The announcements are the only section that shows it. However I do think it would be good practice moving forward if TW added it in other places. But to clarify every world has booked marked at the top of each worlds forums. A post called "World Settings, and rules" World settings will be in there too but really its just a quick link to the post in the announcements.

i understand it in "World Settings, and rules".
but the main problem is anther servers example fr , de .
in my situation, i find settings as xml files -> links above .
i would in same way or anther way (automatic ) , i give gap to AI program .

Sounds like you'd ought to try and put a request for an improvement.

That or see if @JawJaw knows if it'll ever be a possibility to be added in the game settings page.
