After all the silly external talk and banter I can do nothing but commend Jheeze for a world well played. I've been playing TW for roughly 10 years and I've never played against a better opponent (and I've fought most of the guys in CICADA! lol). For others outside of CICADA/Jheeze war, Jheeze defended multiple OPs from CICADA with 1,000s of nukes/trains/fakes/fangs all landing the exact same second. Jheeze held CICADA to minimal gains per OP barring the last 3 OPs when Jheeze activity started to falter.

Well done Jheeze for a world well played. I'd love to say I'd like to see you in another world but honestly... I'd be afraid to play against each and everyone of you again. Please continue to wrek the Greek servers and let us sim city it up in .net ;)

Despite the banter we've had on the externals (and in at least one case, ingame) I'm extremely happy to have been a part of this war and I'll always remember it fondly.

In particular I would like to pass on some respect to ex.con and Kambei for fighting valiantly during and after this past op. The skirmishes with those two accounts following this past op were some of the most fun I've had in TW; all involved tossing absolutely everything they had to try and secure villages - in one case recapping with catapults as an escort. Quality stuff.

I joined fairly late in this war. Only being around for about 45 days now. However I would like to give a shoutout to King Diamond, and WSHARK. Very different defensive styles but both fairly effective. WSHARK dodged a bunch but had recaps within 5-10 minutes of most villages we nobled off of him (my account anyways) Diamond just knew where and when to stack and always seemed to have the right villages stacked or communicated with WSHARK to get them recapped.

In my short time taking part in this war though you two stood out in my eyes in K55.

I personally want to mention @King Diamond - you are a seriously solid player. It was great to watch you in action and go up against you. You were a real pain in my ass.

Hehe he's dumping his nukes and trains on us a bit now ( :

Run used their diplomacy to launch a surprise assault which did get them an early lead statistically, immediately after receiving free villages on the front from -IYI- under the false pretence of offering diplomacy.

What a freaking shame. I would have never expected our duke to lie to people and make false diplomacy claims. Run has the most peaceful / respectful tribemates I've met in a long time. This is not something we would've decided as a team.

As a small part of JheeeZ's team started to become a concern for activity (and a number of JheeeZ took on sits and showed exceptional skill), the northern tribes began to look south. Run, diplomatically linked to JheeeZ, chose to follow Munch in warring the Greek tribe. Run used their diplomacy to launch a surprise assault which did get them an early lead statistically, immediately after receiving free villages on the front from -IYI- under the false pretence of offering diplomacy.

Eh? This is an absolute fabrication.

1. We were not "diplomatically linked", we had a NAP.

2. We never asked for demanded free IYI vills. IYI took a vill from one of our internals we demanded it back. Nor did we ask for diplomacy, this is a lie.

3. We told Jheez we were allying Munch over them.

Fabrication and lies. I expected more.

Is it because I'm a CICADA foot licker and they want revenge on me?
nah, because CICADA is more like a beast that eats everything in their path as expected from veteran players , JHEEEEZ was the only one containing their expansion now, they are out the whole world will be in trouble, Likely they will ally MUNCH which is allied to you

honest opinion regarding CICADA is they got a committed goal, footlicker thats irrelevant they just look for a target and commit everything to destroy them

maybe crunch? I dont know if you are not in CICADA then you are a target

I'm just pointing out the obvious, the world cannot be won with 80 players, sooner or later other players will falter those who wants to continue playing the world will be warred upon, this will continue until a singular tribe achieves 70%, whole tribe of CICADA is aggressive they will tactically ally other tribes for their expansion during this expansion they will reach a point that they will be unstoppable, the allied tribe would either be food or recruitment regardless but if CICADA reaches its full potential the number of villas under their command then a monster will be born

Although still far from over, well played to the Jheeez tribes as a whole.

Although i cannot single out specific players, as all played extremely well, I can surely say that the recap was very intense.

But a shout-out to IYI and some of it's members is also in order, great job for holding your ground and make this both a fun war and a very difficult one.

All the best y'all

I feel that it was too early for this war to end. I was hoping for 1 or 2 more round of back and forth OP by Jheezzz and Cicada.

I would especially miss the waiting game when an OP is about land for either tribe. The excitement and anticipation.

This Greek team is a beast of a machine! It was like my experience in w66 against Auphan, their timings are so precise. Where every time an OP lands the server lags for a few minutes. If I were not fighting under Cicada banner, I believe we would have no chance at all against them. Cicada always tried to match and best them in every OP that we do.

I would also miss the IGM with some of the Jheezz players (and IYI). At least those level-headed ones who know that this is just a game after all :)

It was intense and while it lasted.

We can all agree that we play this game for fun. Jheeez not only provided that, but also put us through some serious challenges. As an ex THC member I can assure you that, without proper organisation to defend, they would crush anybody.
I think all the trash talk and drama on forums is just to spice up and enjoy the game a bit more. No matter what, we've spent 4 months going back and forth with each other and it would be wrong to leave without paying respect to the other tribe, which they did too. Shout out to the S. on nonstop.gr for a great talk, we will smash next world ;)
To all the jheeez bois and girls, I'm sure we won't forget you for a long time, thank you for preparing us for future fights and hope to see you again, let it be as enemies or allies! :)

Jheeez definitely earned my respect too. A huge part of fighting them was that you had absolutely no clue what they were up to or how they would defend.

A very solid crew with many players I hope to see around again.

Peace :D

Hi guys

I want to thank you for all the kind words you said for our tribe. You have been magnificent and steady so far, something really important in long-lasting worlds.

The Jheez project started with Savvas calling me on the phone and asking me to join him on a different effort in .net worlds, as the greek server had become too boring. I accepted the challenge, as he guaranteed he would personally run the show and only needed me to help with advice/diplomacy, as well as bring on my crew from O.m.g. (a tribe whose leader is The Cat of Love aka gatopardos - we have participated in 88.net).

Savvas' approach was aggressive, as we only joined to have fun and take part in some intersting wars, something I believe you saw from the very start here.

Undortunately, we were a bit.. impatient, thus having more fronts than we should. Savvas knew Cicada would be our main opponent if we were to win this world, so he rushed things in order to go against them.. So, instead of clearing our rim (RUN), or the Northern tribes (PAIN-MUNCH), he chose diplomacy in order to secure our borders there and asked me to form a NAP with RUN. At the same time he personally closed the PAIN alliance. The same happened with -IYI- who remained by our side till the end.

The way our tribe was spread across the world created many problems between our members, as the southern front was always taking too much pressure by Cicada and the North couldn't help, especially after the Warpigs also went against us. At this point, I have to point out that most accounts are/were run by ONE person... When we started calling/mailing people to join the answer was "Yes, I will play, but I am not willing to burn out" "Yes, ok, but I will only play a rim account" blah blah blah.. This is the reason why so many accounts joined.. The idea was to later merge accounts, since we knew some people would probably quit at some point. We recruited some players we found here, but it never really worked, either because of the language barrier, or because the original members never liked the idea of bringing over people who they didn't know, thus couldn' t easily trust.

Unfortunately Savvas quit due to RL issues and I had to take over. As I didn't have the time needed, Tasos aka Kambei Shimada took over most of our internal affairs. All people who took over leadership roles -Kambei, The Cat, NonStop, KingDiamond, Ex.con gave a great battle. Our original defensive coordinator - Sifis aka The Cat of Love- had to quit the position and only participate as a player and this brought Nonstop.gr in the role to handle the defensive front. Sakis never liked my style of handling situations, as he thought I was too patient or calm and he thought I was taking the wrong decisions diplomatically - he may be right after all. The fact that we also came from different tribes and we had a different approach never helped us get along. What he and many people from other tribes couldn't understand was that the game itself, after our aggressive start, had already made the decisions for us and doors were closed. Bloodhood, the RUN leader had already chosen MUNCH as an alliance (Savvas had internalised the player while in Jheez), Munch had already decided that we would be enemies, since we were allied to PAIN, who they recruited soon afterwards. The fact that that they also recruited from us never gave us a chance to see things differently.

And this brings us to the "Bacon" war. The Pigs decided to go against us, we decided to focus our attention there and defend south. This raised the spirits for some time, although our South kept having problems, especially after 3 or 4 bans (I can' t even remember :D) and some people quitting. Gennaro's account was sat, WSHARK was sat, people kept on having problems and our defensive coordinators kept on running in order to save everyone. After taking the Pigs out, NOMEX reached us, as they were now our new neighbours.. Nathan talked to me, there was mutual understanding.. Besides, there wasn't any other available tribe on the map to have diplomacy with! We tried to help Nomex but obviously we couldn't stop their fall. As they were allies, we decided to honour our deal and help them even after they disbanded (Yes, I know, a mistake, but an alliance for us is very important). This worked like a domino. Sintemor didn't like it and they were absolutely right about it, PMS and WB chose a different approach and discussed things over resolving the issue in the new common territories. Even though the last OPs were carefully designed by Ex.con aka Kostas-Iustinianos (leader of the legendary CxC tribe of .gr) and Kambei Shimada, the fronts were simply too many to be held defensively.

Sintemor and Cicada started launching south, MUNCH took advantage of the situation and decided to declare on us. They merged with RUN, who had a NAP with us and started launching North. Well played.

I have always said this is a game of decisions. Unfortunately, a wrong one can lead to another. Now the fronts are simply too many and most of us really need to enjoy summer with out families..

I want to thank all players for participating, either Jheez or enemies, as well as our allies -IYI- who tried their best during this effort.

I apologise to everyone who I/we let down and I hope we make amends in the future.

Best regards,
Nikos
