Last time I took a tw break for personal reasons I enjoyed it so much I extended it for a decade. I have learned the trick to a long and (relatively) healthy tw lifestyle is to share the burden and coplay. Also all this AM stuff makes a world of difference. Unfortunately I would fail this.
