A: Technically, all of them are part of Tribal Wars. HOWEVER:
Since the Question did not exactly specify Tribalwars 1 only the correct answer is as follows:

4 Buildings in the Picture are clearly not from Tribalwars 1. They are Assets from TribalWars 2.
- The building replacing the Warehouse is the Asset for Warehouse lvl 11-15 in TW2
- The building replacing the Barracks is the Asset for Tavern lvl 1-5 in TW2
- The building replacing the Workshop is the Asset for Barracks lvl 1-5 in TW2
- The building next to Timber Camp is the Asset for Barracks in construction from lvl 0 to 1.

So technically 0 buildings are not from TW, but 4 are not from TW1.
