The war with Flame has slowed down, we are still nobling their villages and are under constant attack but they haven't made a dent in our stacked villages for the mostpart. S*R and Camber both merged into Flame, and they continue to try recruiting members in order to keep their rank up (earlier on they were rank 18, then merged).

Interesting Developments... other than hearing about another coalition forming to attack us I can't think of anything. And if the tribes that I hear are really planning on doing this, we will be more than happy to send them to the rim as well.

Currently just looking for people to kick, inactives must go. Nothing else internal going on.

Hi Kev

Pretty much same old same old here for [ally]F*U*R[/ally] :) .. Ongoing skirmishes for continental real estate with [ally]~SA~[/ally] in K41 and [ally]FUC[/ally] in K52. Players can refer to stats for further info of the week's gains and losses :)

The odd attack/defend against [ally]-IKON-[/ally] in K51 but nothing to write home about.

K61 expansion is coming along nicely also and we hope to link up villages in K62 in due course.

Preface:

As I told Kev when he first mailed me about this project, I've had decided to stay away from the forums. Inexplicable and unreasonable hates and grudges that lead to childish verbal abuse contests is far from my idea of fun; however, I was seduced by the idea of the weekly review. Before I start I want to thank Kev for the invitation and apologize beforehand for the many spelling and grammar mistakes I’m sure I’ll commit, English is not my mothertongue.

I’ll start with a bit of history as I’ve read many players don’t know anything about us: The idea of [ally]Casino[/ally] actually originated inside the walls of another tribe. When I first joined this world a tribe called D2U originally ruled K85 which many of the current members joined. Upset about the way the tribe was run --making allies with every possible neighbor tribe and therefore depriving of farms and targets-- three players (Tanatos94ro, [player]gav the destroyer[/player] and myself) decided to found a new tribe.

The title and foundation was Tanatos' work, he was the original Duke with [player]Gav the destroyer[/player] and me acting as his barons but he quitted soon after that leaving me as his successor. We started growing quickly and climbing ranks. After a while we defeated our original tribe --which warred (is that a word?) us after our defection— and a few others to consolidate our position in K85.

The leadership has been dual since my other baron Kuffa (whom some of you warmly remember) quitted the game, with only one duke and Gav as my baron we maintain an strict recruitment system with a tribe limit of 60 players, though we’ve sadly lost many of the original crew to inactivity and real life events. Currently our recruitment is closed and we’re cutting down some deadweight.

As of now we’ve not had any major wars, we’ve been busy clearing out our homeland from every single tribe that has tried to oppose us. Currently our expansion plans go mostly to the south into k94-95-96, though we have a few skirmishes left in k75 and k86, where we are again mopping a few tribes out of the way.

Started a War with [ally]RBL[/ally] which is, atm, doing very well for us 34-0. their first op has yet to land on us though so looking forward to that in a few days. [player]Ludus9[/player] is still fighting his affinity for necro-beastiality. [player]Ewerks[/player] strugling with his pedophelia but finally in treatment for it. On a good note [player]Qawsedzxc123321[/player] finally went in to the free clinic and had her something for the syph that has been making her halucinate. nothing else to report nothing super exciting ever happens and if it does it thaes 5 days to get here at noble speed..

Diamond was founded back in prehistoric times: 02 May 00:38 to be exact; and it started out with two real life friends: Vunderbar and -Imstupid-. I joined Diamond after they bribed me with free ice cream (which they lied about!). At the time I joined, we had 6-7 members. We were ants to most tribes. Ranked #50 in K22... miles behind anyone else... survival seemed near impossible. However, being surrounded by the likes of CE.inc made survival a walk in the park.

To some people we appear to be a mass-recruiting tribe.
We have never exceeded 33 members. Ever. In a ranking of points/player, we rank in the top five. Compare that to any one of a number of smaller tribes... like SYNRG with 368 members. Now go and tell us we are invite-happy.

Then one day Vunderbar left his account to one of the barons for the weekend. He never returned. -Imstupid- left his account to another member for a few weeks. He logged on once to cancel the sit. This angered the ~D~, so we overthrew them, held an election, and unfortunately, I (Faetzy), became the ruler of a small kingdom.

Enough about BC, onto AD.

We've not had any wars yet, but we have had several skirmishes during our expansion, mopping up our continents one at a time. We currently have a presence in K12, 21, 22, 23, 32 & 33. As you can see, we are a tight bunch.
~D~ has a very tight recruitment process, which consists of a series of questions and a few tests to ensure we don't allow any Tom, Dick and Harry into our tribe. We have plans to begin to push North-West further into the likes of K12, K21, and K11, and we'll see where we go from there. At present R.Khan are also interested in that area so a pillow fight between us may come soon.

I forgot to mention that in Diamond spear nukes are encouraged. We like to use these effective units as they are truly lethal! Our diplomacy is limited. We have one and only one tribe on our diplomacy list, and they have been there a long time.

I can't think of much more to tell you, as nothing really interesting occurs at the jewellers. However, the fun is still to come and I hope you enjoyed reading this. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.[/spoil]

Looks good, interesting read, great thing to have amounst the W37 forums. Hopefully you have more tribes to come to spice things up a bit more :)

I intended to put more in it, then i realised i'd taken too long and had to post it before i was forced to change it to September the 7th, which just wouldn't do, i'm sure you understand.

Next one will be posted on teh 12th with stats and stuff to bulk it out, also i'l hopefully have more tribes take part.

Oh i've just realised i forgot to do Powers... :p

ah well...

This was well done. I like that you gave the tribe leaders the chance to share a few tidbits of their tribes.

Thanks, i hope this weeks edition will be bigger and better, not mashed together semi-last-minute like the last one :lol:

Also the map is deliberately not self updating, i don't have any experience creating maps and such and so simply save a map of the top 10 once a week so we can look back in the future and see how the world expanded.

Darkrence's map work as shown in this thread is excellent though.
