Not a huge suprise that the tribes with maxed out memebrs are top, over time that will change, bit early to discuss the tribes, however

Tribes i like:

WET: their duke makes me laugh.

Tribes im not keen on:

SCREAM : aslong as you can breathe you are guranteed a space....

KIRA: Their duke tries hard but is not the best person to play under unless you like the style of hugging.

It's pretty difficult to come up with original names.. 73 worlds (excluding all other servers) and currently on 73 there are over 1000 tribes... maybe you should be flattered that a good idea is being repeated.
