Hi,
Recently returned to the game. I'm wondering about the setting 'Minimum attack ratio' and whether it purely applies to the attacking of a player, or the attack actually landing.
For instance imagine:
A player is 10K, he sends noble train at 1.1K player. During the time of travel, he also nobles a 3K player. This would ofcourse take him above the 10:1 ratio. Would the attack land, or would it be 'visiting' like occurs during attack breaks?
