A formula for the duration of the construction of buildings.

As in the topic. Where can I find the actual formula to calculate the construction time of the next level of the building?
The formulas I've managed to reach with google are overdue.

I know that build time and build time factor I can get from https://en109.tribalwars.net/interface.php?func=get_building_info
but how to calculate exact duration?

I'm afraid no such formula is currently (publicly) available.

Hey @JawJaw,
It is a pity, because obviously something has changed, not only in the worlds with the Watchtower,
but in all the entire worlds!
It also looks as if there are more than two formulas.
