Hallo,

can somebody say me how i can see the troops/buildings from a friend who shared this Information in settings and also would be nice to know how to attack together at the same time?

You need to be the tribe-leader of your tribe to see this.
If you go to your members page in your tribe you can see different tabs for troops/buildings/defense to check it out.
