A Gif for COA - Request

Hello members,


Does anyone know how to create a GIF for COA? You know, pictures that moves


If you think you have 10minutes of Free Time to help me out here, I'll be thankfull!
I don't have enough PP to pay you for that - but I hope someone could do it for Free.


I have everything prepared: The Picture and the Text, I want on GIF.

I think there is a certain program for that. I'll try to get you its name.

Out of curiosity why does everyone use the word "gif" to refer to animated pitures? ".gif" is a file format that can be static as well as dynamic.

...Anyways, a great program for that is photoshop. If you know how to use it properly, you can have separate frames.

GIMP will work also.. dunno bout paint shop pro havent tried

Yeah in Gimp you can set it up so that each layer is a frame in the animation.
