Hi all,
I am a player from Turkey server.
We believe that there is corruption in the game.
Some of tribals and players are supporting by admins.
How I can reach to global tribal wars management and open a ticket about the situation in Turkey ?

I'm afraid there is no really good way to escalate issues above the local markets and the support system. The community managers are, just as stated in our rules, the "highest instance of authority in all support matters" and "Her/his decision is final."

So generally speaking, there is no one with more authority in support matters for the Turkish and Greek markets than the Community Managers for those specific markets. Their decisions are final so there is no way to "open a ticket" outside of the normal support system for those markets.

In most cases, we recommend reaching out to InnoGames using the official mail address as seen on the Imprint for all different markets, info@innogames.com (as stated on that page it's for contact in only in English or German). The mails will then be forwarded to the right people at the InnoGames office. Do however note that the response time can be very long.
