It was a humid and quiet day in Waterfallopolis.. save the constant pounding of falling water. Mitchul barely even notices the violent flow of water anymore. One quickly becomes used to the 46 waterfalls scattered throughout the city.

Waterfallopolis is a magical city located at the bottom of 7 intersecting ravines. Every creek, brook, and stream in the northern world flowed into the city and formed the grandest and only river of all the world - The Inno River.

Mitchul, an oprhan boy of age 18, often wondered about where the river led to. Everyone he asked said it only led to a place of death and sorrow. They said no one has ever returned once they set down the Inno River. But as long as Mitchul had been alive, no one had actually attempted to go south down the river. On the morrow, Mitchul decided, he would brave the river, and travel south...his curiosity had overtaken him.

"HA! GAYYYYYYYY!", shouts a dirty, no good, wrinkly, homeless man bathing in the river.

Mitchul immediately regrets choosing to wear denim capris for this journey. He thought it was a practical decision...being able to walk ankle deep in water without his pants getting wet. He didn't realize he was committing one of the worst male fashion mistakes imaginable. But it was too late to turn around. He adjusted the sails and proceeded forward down the Inno River. Soon, he will be beyond the boundaries of Waterfallopolis. Butterflies fluttered in his stomach.

A most grand forest surrounded the river on both sides. Trapped between the thick green brush of the river banks, fog floated gently over the restless water. Sometimes Mitchul could scarcely see what lied before him. The sun was beginning to set so Mitchul decided to go ashore and tie his boat to a tree branch. He would spend the night there, and resume his journey on the morrow.

Nocturnal Insects and lonely owls made it difficult for Mitchul to sleep in the darkness of the night. I most miss the sounds of Waterfallopolis, he thought while staring aimlessly up through the fog. He decided to sleep on his boat rather than make camp on the riverbank where snakes might be slithering about. Mitchul always hated snakes.. well ever since his parents sold him for snakemeat when he was only a small lad. Mitchul never saw his parents after that..... but worse he would forever fear snakes and their mocking hisses. PSSSSS WE ARE WORTH MORE THAN YOU PSSSSS, they would hiss smugly at Mitchul.
