Fixed Account manager no longer puts farm in queue when farm is full

Bug Reproduction Steps

1) Create an account manager model that has farm in the end.
2) Wait for the farm to fill up due to troop recruitment.
3) Observe that no farm is added to the queue.

Happens always

The title is pretty self-explanatory. I have several villages with an account manager model that has farm up to level 30. Usually, when the farm was full, the account manager would change the queue to build some farm earlier. This behaviour seems to no longer be there.
