I recently started sitting an account for a member of my tribe whose game is in another language than mine, which makes it difficult to navigate on their account or read the banners and popups. Is there a way to make it convert the displayed language to mine while I'm accessing it?

Hello,

It is not possible to change it on your end. However, you can agree with the account owner to maybe choose a common language for the both of you. If you manage, you can create a support ticket with the desired language.

Note however, we can only change this once . It is not possible to have it changed back to another language once the change has been made. In other words - once changed, it is permanent.
