Personally I am using hotkeys (0-9) to do a lot of stuff that is repetitive and I don't move to have to move the mouse around for those kind of stuff.
In a sense I am like a control freak that I always go back to the Production overview when I finish doing what I was doing.
So for example I farm and I do that by clicking two times 2 (it time to redirect me to LA screen, 1 other time to load the script) and keep A pressed and that's it.
Then I have to move mouse to go to Overview click it, etc.
Now it would be faster if instead of having to move the mouse to go back to the main Overview (production overview), the player only has to click Escape key on keyboard, so in a sense to Escape what's he currently doing and go back in overview.
That would be IMO a good addition also for speed players but even for lazy players
as me.
