Add the Report Controls Bar (thingy below the reports) at the Top of the Page As Well

Controls Bar (thingy below the reports):



The reports section allows you to load as many reports per page as you like. However, having the controls bar at the bottom of the page only means a ridiculous amount of scrolling each time you want to do something useful with them in bulk.

The controls bar (thingy below the reports) and 'select all' check box could appear on both ends of the page including the top to improve ease of access.

Personally I don't see any real benefit to this, not enough so that I would be happy to interrupt my muscle memory. I am afraid it would get in the way when I need to access reports quickly. I just prefer such insignificant options to be out of the road, as they are.
