Just don't except my application when i'm 18
If i was too comment
I think lieing in general should not be allowed in an application, however (Don't know if its in an application asking for gender) It shouldn't be asked or if it is make it an optional so a wish to not say option.
Everything in the application is required, because for some reasons (whether contact info, legal stuff, or something else) innogames needs them.
Why shouldn't it be asked?
Ever applied for a job that hired you without seeing you? Generally when people see you they know what gender you are.
An interview and an application are not the same thing.
Because they trust you for doing your work properly, and if it seems that you lie to them you show that they cannot trust you.
A mod was fired cause they lied about their gender.
The bottom line is really, Would you want someone who lies and is deceitful, in any sort of position with power? I can tell you I would not. Trust, and your word as a person, are the 2 most important things you will ever have in life.
To be honest, if I was a mod, I would rather be paid Premium Points than cash.
The irony is there is a direct correlation between lying and gaining respect and trust.
I AM 17 :icon_razz:

Innogames doesn't require employees to sign contracts? Some larger corporations require even forum moderators to submit identification proof and sign a written contract. Technically anyone part of the moderation team is employed by Innogames.
Perhaps this is one you could combat the problem.
The question we should ask ourselves is who wants to be a mod really?
I think there's a lot of questions that should/could be asked.
22 years & counting. . .
