Have it set that the starting village can never be nobled, even throughout the end game phase. This means that learners can gain end game exposure and experience regardless of when they started in a world. And they can be present in the end to participate in how a world ends. It is a small consideration for the poor players that transferred in, in the latter phase of the world.
