In Progress AM improvements for QOL - Hourly deliveries

There are a couple of things that I feel are an annoyance with the current account manager that could improve it greatly.

1. Allow players to import/export a default between worlds.
2. Allow people to hide the default construction templates.
3. Make hourly (or any time interval) deliveries a thing. Rather than having to manually set each hour.

When I get a new village and want to set the village up to be built quick it is a pain to set 24 deliveries for that single village. To do that ever time is time consuming as well. Templates for deliveries would be amazing and even better if you could import and export them.
