I have 2 things to say to that one.
1: I'm amazed that they had the nerve to talk to you. You outnumber their whole tribe by multiple factors.

Most top tribes don't accept alliances/NAPs from tribes outside the top 20. For the most part. That means most don't even want an alliance with your tribe, and that they can target it.
