Apply Prestigious Resource Package to multiple villages at once

In the below screenshot you can see that I have over 2000+ "Prestigious resource packages" in my inventory from my making of nobles during what I believe was the use of the "Flamboyant Speech" inventory item. When you have hundreds/thousands of villages, only being able to use these in one village at a time is a massive pain & waste of time.

I think it would be nice to be able to apply them to multiple villages at once or evenly distribute them. Like if I have 500 of them and 250 villages, choose a 2x per village option with one click as opposed to going to each village and having to go to inventory then using them. A couple clicks v a couple hundred clicks. Could use it to apply to manual or dynamic groups as well - "apply to all villages in X group".

I think this is a no-brainer for anyone that has ever actually tried using these. Maybe an interface similar to the mass mint screen in the academy.
