You can call it killing the game all you want, I would rather play a world with 1000 competent people (by that I mean in general, not competent in TW strategy) then with 10000 people like this. Its not hard to learn how to use the forums either, all it requires is taking time to read a couple guidelines.
That being said, I have absolutely no problem helping newer players. In fact, I absolutely think that there should be a Trainee world.
