Attacked by barbs?

Hay guys, I have an incoming from a barb village that i have been farming for the last 2 weeks... what the hell?
 
Im not trolling (what ever that is) The barb. Which has been a barb for many weeks sent 1 spear at me. I didnt know a barb could send troops out?
