Attacks in the Casual World

I have just joined Casual 3 and I am wondering how the points attack limit works. For instance, if I sent an attack to a barbarian village but someone outside of the 120% point limitation nobles it before my attack lands, will my attack work?

In your scenario, your attack will work. Attacks launched prior to the village becoming the property of someone outside of your points range will still land as normal attacks, whether it be a nuke, a scout or a noble.
