When you click manage group associations on the village properties screen:
...And you have a lot of groups, the save button is not in reach.
Upon clicking "Manage group association", the page should auto scroll to have the top of "Actions" at the top of the screen.
That way we don't have to scroll down every time we manage groups on this page and have many groups to choose from.
