Axlthecat - about to lose 1st spot

you can say that again...the barb vills I recently took...roughly 50 altogether took my ODA up around 2mil points. Every single one of them had to be cleared.

Yeah and i wanted all of them :icon_evil:

Im suprised though at you alex using your age as a disadvantage you know as well as I do you know as much about tw as anyone else does which you have proved with the rule on spelling errors.

But I think it is unreasonable to call this post nooby. It was not alex that made it into a slanging match i guess the topic was a bit argumentative due to the fact he was rubbing it in to HRV's best player saying that he wont be rank one at the moment but the point of a public forum is too give out this sort of information
so that people know what is happening even if they are not in this world so although the way alex presented this topic wasnt great and maybe was slightly childish it doesnt deserve to be called nooby.
So lets stop this slanging match between dust and hrv and concentrate on what is going on with axl and spank.

Thanks for your time
El cihad :icon_biggrin:

We are focusing on Axl and Spank, and we all are congratulating Spank Me Silly on his dedication, but not on the seeming 'pointwhoring' which is really strange to see in a quality player like Spank. Spank, would you care to let us know how come you're going for 11k+ villages? This is not meant to provoke, only feed our curiosity.

Still, alexhol (sounding dangerously similar to some other hole) tried to make an additional point and in process proved himself to be a HUGE noob. He may know how to send his troops and noble villages, but by claiming that more average points per village is better is just... well... nooby.

And that is why players like him should stick to the facts, not opinions, because they can still present facts correctly, but opinions will usually be wrong...

But then again, forums would be boring without players like a...hol.

Almost exactly what I said .

Not that I would want villages with points that high, but to slightly defend spank:

The luck factor is more than enough to cope with him having 600-650 less farm space because of his higher pointed villages.

The difference between -24.9 bad luck and 24.9 good luck is well over the price of being a pointwhore and losing 600+ potential troops.

So, practically speaking, If he had axl's nobling pace, he would be untouchable in rank.

However, rank is just a number and is only important to oneself, if at all.

What about morale?
If he had all his villages about 10k points morale will be slightly better when he attacking smaller players.
Problem with pointwhoring isnt only farm space, bigger problem is morale, especially when world starts and it isnt same when you have 10 villages and 90k points or 10 villages and 120k points and you attacking player with 30-40k points.

True, but I thought they shifted to time based morale?

Either way...

DeletedUser78416

no, they made the morale something like 70% points, 30% time played, so it is a bit better but not much :\

Oh, well...

Then I shift my point to he probably has enough nukes to be able to waste a few extra on a low morale player. lol!:icon_razz:

And I think they capped it at 50% morale being the lowest. Before it was an awful 30%

Oh yea, guess you're right. Just found a 116 point player and would get this attacking:

Morale:27%

gammy,

luck makes a big difference, but it is variable, not constant - it is something one can neither control nor it is dependent on the size of the player. And as such, it is not a part of calculations or strategy of this game. You plan for the worst and hope it's the best.

Still, attack moral and lack of troops space are constant and what one can take control of, not luck. And that is what one loses when one's building levels are unnecessarily high

I agree, which is why I said I was only slightly defending him.

I don't know why none have of you have thought of this but, if Spanky is nobling inactives, maybe they had high points and he is actually downgrading te buildings? It takes a surprisingly long time...

Haha, no. That can easily be checked on TWStats which records the points in a village on the day it was nobled. He increases the HQ to make building the rest fast, and then never downgrades it.

Personally, I like to escort my nobles with catapults to fix the downgrade time!
The attacker has won

now im off to downgrade some level 25 markets in my new villages..... should have sent cats lol
