Balance wall building for non-PP users by disabling instant completion and introducing a minimum construction time

Hey everyone, my suggestion for removing just the PP instant complete feature from wall building has been approved for voting. Please vote on it if you support balancing out the game for non-heavy PP users and bringing back original wall physics, which include a wall actually taking at least some time to rebuild for all players. This is our time to show InnoGames that in some cases the introduction of pay to win elements have removed content from the game and there are definitely ways to have both.
