Fixed Beginner Protection Removal

So it seems that on the map, it doesnt update if someone has attacked a player and removed their beginner protection.

It still marks the village as untargetable and say it has beginner protection active (on map popup)!

Could be worth noting that I experience player with beginner protection showing as attackable on map also now

Same things happens for me too (US server, game version 1f244dab release_8.227)
