Ha - I'd vote to start countdown now and have it last only a week or two - not like anything is likely to change if we go longer, so it seems a bit pointless.

Their pace has picked up somewhat in this post. I guess picking the winning condition has revitalized people, as well as nobles now costing 1/5 the price. Morale has been removed and restarts have also been disabled I believe, which should be helping their pace. They are going at ~1.5% per week. At that pace it'd take about 2 months, but I expect things to slow down near the end. I give it more like 3 months.

Those changes with morale and restarts and nobles to 1/5th all happened today. I don't think they have much of an impact on the pace of the last 16 days.

I guess it was the just final wind then. ya know, I only log in to Incomings once in a great while, so I don't always know when things happen :p

I still expect the pace to slow down at the end though, just because the majority of players won't be able to access the remaining villages.

Their pace is faster than the last post, it's quite remarkable. at ~.25% per day, they could be done in a month. They're trying to buck my prediction out of spite I think :p

The world lost a lot of players this round. I'm guessing people are seeing incomings from 4ZL and finally quitting.

It makes sense...Morale and restarts are the last vestiges of those who were hoping to annoy us long term by selecting 100%...Now that those limiters are gone it's mathematically impossible to resist.
