Oh really? That would mean at least a level 23 warehouse. Thats 331 points in just warehouse. Add in the fact they would also have some other upgrades and your looking at a person with a very large village. While that could be possible I refuse to believe that someone would only do that to there village. Unless its a push account of some kind.
