So whats your Best and Worst Haul so far.

Haul: 0 0 0 0/530 <<< I sent 20.Spears and 3 Axe and got nothing

You're saying it isn't possible for someone to build mines along with some defense, but not too much.
I have a neighbor who grew up to 200 points and had a small amount of spears and swords.
I didn't attack him at first, he'd call militia and that would be dumb, yes.
But then he quit, I guess, and my scouts showed me I could clear the village with like 5 axe and 1 LC loss, which isn't much.
It gave one big first haul and now it's one of my better farms, 10-10-10 mines.
Tell me what's bad about that?

I've had several 1K+ hauls and I've killed a grand total of 7 spears, and even that was a spike...

Once you have a few hundred axes, I'd class clearing high point inactives as a legitimate income, unless you're in a competitive area where players note OD gains, of course.

Nothing's wrong with losing 5 axes and 1 lc.

There;s also a reason though that Matt said probably and I said usually.

Yea ok, might have overreacted a bit, but with 166 OD and 1002 plunders, I think I didn't lose too many troops eh? My problem is that this is sort of the first world I actually farm much in, so just trying stuff out and I must admit even though I started playing 5 years ago, I have learned a lot last week and a few days by reading this forum and especially your posts everywhere :icon_wink:

Your situation was one of the ones that you should which is why I say probably. Though the issue with sending lc in your attack is another conversation I dont have the inclination to really have.

Guess it's the same story, if he's high on swords it's good to send some, high on spears, better let them farm.
