1. Better balance, better lighting, better composition, better breasts.

2. The two lines on the left side ruined this piece for me - i took it and took out the colored lines and it felt so much better.

1. No depth, and poor render choice. Lighting is very off, and there's no definitive source of light in this tag. Text also completely interrupts the air-like flow of this tag.

2. Once again, poor render choice. Pulled off some depth in this one, but not much. Too much open space, and poor use of the colored bars on the side. Text also draws away from the focal, and there's no light source whatsoever.
