BP ends or does it ??!

Well folks I am new to HP round. I was all pepped up for BP to end and send my LCs to bring some quick dough.

But, alas, I was in for a rude shock.

Until 18.10. 11:00, the target can only attack or be attacked, if the relation of points between attacker and defender is no more than 10.


Has this been the norm on previous HP worlds as well? Thanks in advance.

Ratio protection:	10% protection for 3 days.

Yeah, was doing just that.

I don't know how I skipped such an important setting.

Every minute as i grow I'm loosing a target with this message .. Ha Ha. waiting for 11.00 Server Time
