Fixed "Broken" Sorting on Tribe Settings

So when updating the page when you are on "Troops" or "Defense" the sorting on villages changes if they have the same name, while on buildings the sorting is the static just as on Overview. (same order on villages as on their Profile)

This seems to be because Overview / Buildings sorts on VillageID when the name is the same, but not on Troops/Defense tabs for Tribe Settings where its just random order when villages have same name
