Cannot sms purchase PP

I've been with the same mobility provider for the last 17 years and since I started play TW 12 years ago I've always been able to use SMS for purchasing PP's. This is the first time I've had to purchase PP's in about 2 years and even though my cell phone carrier is on the Network options to be selected, and is not one of the Greyed out carriers - I am still getting a popup saying " Sorry, Tribal Wars is not available for Bell Mobility "
