cant find topic

I remember reading a topic on here somewhere that had the defensive strategies and techniques listed and explained. I cant seem to find it now. It is a fairly old thread and I wanted to copy it into my tribe's forum for reference. Can anybody maybe paste a link to it here or at least tell me where I should look to find it.
