Dear Community,
As many of you are aware TW has changed the settings for both Casual 1 and Casual 2, due to the new start of Casual 4.
We received this mail from them regarding the changes.
As you can see it was sent on the 17th May 2017. Since this mail has been sent out the point range has been raised to 135%. That happened by the 2nd week of this mail coming into affect.
We are currently in our 5th week waiting for further increases.
There has been very little information which has been sent out about this and we have had to inquire on numerous times to find out information.
You will not be able to noble 1st villages
Cheaper coins will be enabled at some point
However the main crux of this post is the issue with raising the point limit. At 1st it came as a bit of a shock and now nothing more has been heard.
I mailed the support team and they provided different information as to what is in the above mail.
So it seems it has gone from 2 months to get to 200% to now a period of months to get there. From a slow increase to randomly going up.
It seems that they do not know what is going on with this and this decision was rushed into it without properly thinking it through.
Our current support tickets have not been responded to in over 3 days now and that is a worry within itself. Is this due to them not knowing the answers and thinking if we ignore it, it will just go away?
The question at hand right now is what is happening, it is as if the TW team has forgotten about us on the Casual worlds. I know some people do not take them seriously however for those of us who do take it seriously it would be appreciated if the Support Staff could be a bit more forthcoming with information which could affect us all.
We would like some answers as to what is happening right now.
