I think that i have a good understanding of the game and leadership, I play on W48 and decided to put my skills to the test.

Continents:k65 and closer Ks in the near future.
Well the requirements are pretty basic.
1.Must be active, especially on the forums.
2.No point whores, Troops win wars.
3.Must be willing to support tribe at all costs.
4.I expect you to support yourself at least somewhat.
Yeah thats about it, but any suggestions on where a good place to start would be?
