Clarification about buying Premium Points

To Admin/Any Mods/Anyone,

Good day. This isn't my first time to buy Premium Points, but the last one I bought was back at 2012-2013 and now whenever I buy one, it seems strange to me.

Does the purchase limited to "Paypal Accounts / Credit Cards with VISA" right??
So here's what I want to clarify, if credit cards with VISA are accepted, it means all Credit Cards in a specific country with VISA can be use to buy Premium Points? Or still limited with Top Banks/Financial Institutions in a specific country with VISA???

Different countries allow different methods of payment. Your selection is quite specific to this.
If you are having any issues making a payment with a particular card, please send in a support ticket and we will look into it for you.
