I make sure I consume the following beaverages on a daily, or weekly, basis:
- Coffee: every day at least 1 cup. Keeps me focussed.
- Coca Cola: Not commercing :icon_wink:, I just like Coca Cola over any other cola.
- Beer: Grolsch to be precise. I Love it's this beer. It's somewhat heavier than other beers, but it's fantastic and full in taste.
- Vodka: Usually Smirnoff, but occasionally something experimental from Russia. I love Vodka as, not like most beaverages containing a high percentage of alcohol, it doesn't really treble your mind. In fact, it's keeps me focussed (or it could just be me being drunk on vodka thinking I'm still focussed). Vodka is nice to mix as well, something like orange juice or Coca Cola always does well, though I usually just pour myself a big glass of vodka on the rocks when I'm at home.
- Whiskey: Even though some people tell me it's blasfemy if I say Jack Daniels, I have to confess that I love the single malt. Very rich in taste and it's very easy going down the troat.
- 'Optimel Yoghurt Drink': Well it's obviously a Dutch compagny, Optimel, but it's like ehm.. Well a yoghurt drink you could say

I like to put it in the blender with some ice and make myself a very nice lime, strawberry, vanille, banana, mango or whatever taste you like-smoothy.

- Milk: You should all drink milk, it's good for you

- Water:
very important to drink water. I don't like to just drink water as I'm a pompous ass, so I put those little bottles of French or Swiss 'Alpen-source' water in the fridge and take them out when they're cold. I love to gulch away a liter of cold refreshening water, especially when you're just done excersizing, or easier: when it's hot outside!
