My account is doing pretty well for itself, despite my lack of assistance. That said, I'd like to find a CO or two to take the weight off of my shoulders during the specified times.
At this point in the game, the only things you'd be responsible for are farming, defending/tagging, and carrying out miscellaneous tasks (resource balancing, setting queues, sending pre-approved attacks/support, etc.).
I'll handle all non-emergency in-game communications myself, and will make the final call on all decisions. When I'm able to tend to the account during the hours requested above (mostly on the weekend), I'll take care of things.
Experience highly preferred, but not required as long as you're willing to learn and follow instructions. ESL is fine as long as you're able to communicate precisely and effectively.
Will be willing to discuss increasing your autonomy as we grow more comfortable working together.
