Ermm, I see something that looks like a motion blur and the render being duplicated at a lower optimacy, some nice colours in the background and a neat text box but it looks a bit plain... well it could have been done better although it doesn't seem like there's alot going on >.<

It took a while but it was just use of simple effects and trial and error until they looked good really. Pen tool, brushes, a simple font that is standard for my computer and the transform tools all on CS4. I don't do signatures ever just a little bit of graphic design, but I'm pretty impressed how it turned out.

not bad at all, i like what you did with pen tool. just fade reflection a little.
or you can add waves on reflection and make it look like on water...
