The Market 5 Restart. To Make it short, within 1 hour of start, you get rewarded Silver War Effort (48h 30% Resource Production). You then activate it, and press restart.
The restart will reset all your quests, so you can gather a new war effort. You also still have the War Effort active on your restart, which means you will have 48h on your start with 30% production, and still have the war effort in your inventory.
Solution? Simple.
All Active Buffs are removed when restarting.
If you doubt how strong this is, just see the ranking on W125 and the XL-tribe:
