and fyi , PIRANA members are so out of control they basically noble every easy village they find , and never respect the agreements their leaders have with Crash. and Crash are doing its best to be patient about that and handle them, for some reasons that i think you know yourself.

I can pull up a convo a friend sent me.

and youre telling me that's not gifting villages? Crash could noble those villages, since those villages are already theirs (meaning nobling those villages wont breach border agreement). Border agreement or not, inactive or not, a NAP tribe needs permission of the other tribe in order to noble out the villages

No. Crash aren't allowed to noble in Pirana's border unless given permission from the duke(s). Same applies with Pirana.

True on the second paragraph:
IF the inactive player village's are on Pirana's side of the border.
Take Gem for example. Should he go inactive his K93, would be handed to the closest Pirana F. player. His K94 would be different. Tho knowing Caglen he would just break it because he's a nub. :lol:

The same applies with Pirana. So Pirana would be "gifting" villages to CRASH aswell.

They are moldy though. I don't want them.

OK I have decided that coins are getting too expensive (no idea how Robin and the other 3 players ahead of me cope) so I suggest we all stop fighting each other then get rid of the 1000 odd players on this world which would then put us in a decreasing price coin situation. The advantage of this is it will allow me to rim Ataguas5 in a much more desirable time frame lol :icon_idea:

We've noticed he likes to mail people hes nobling and call them "noble enemies" and basically brag in a kind of a way, and call it banter. Since we've started hes not mailed a single player once, i wonder why :icon_confused:
